1. Introduction

Welcome to PhotoMagic. By accessing our website and using our AI jewelry rendering services, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service.

2. Services & AI Disclaimer

PhotoMagic uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and 3D rendering software to create photorealistic images from your sketches or CAD files.

• Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, AI-generated renders are artistic representations. The final manufactured jewelry may vary slightly in color or stone refraction compared to the digital render.
• Revisions: We offer up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (e.g., metal color change, background adjustment) free of charge. Major structural changes require a new quote.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

We respect the creativity of our clients.

• Your Designs: You retain full copyright and ownership of any sketches, CAD files, or designs you upload. We do not claim ownership of your jewelry designs.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand, PhotoMagic reserves the right to display the final rendered images in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

4. Payments & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of digital rendering services:

• No Refunds: Once the rendering process has begun, payments are non-refundable.
• Payment Terms: Full payment or a 50% deposit is required before we commence high-resolution rendering work.

5. Privacy & File Security

We take data security seriously. Your uploaded 3D files (.stl, .obj, .3dm) and sketches are stored securely and are only accessible by our design team. We delete client files from our active servers 30 days after project completion to ensure privacy.
